The Five 2023 Spring Shoe Trends You Saw Coming First
Ok, so I will have to open this one by admitting that I Googled current Spring shoe trends before starting to write. I love Fashion, but I am not immersed in it daily enough to know off the top of my head what is necessarily trending. That’s what the internet is for though, right? :) Anyway, I HATED EVERYTHING. Well, MOST of everything that we are supposed to accept as trending in shoes right now, so I did my own digging and rounded up 5 Spring Shoe Trends That You Saw Coming First.
All of these made me stop my scroll and smile, so I knew I had to share! I even named each one, haha! After all, what’s trending isn’t always what we need to purchase. My #1 priority when getting dressed has always been comfort, and staying true to pieces and fabrics that are flattering and that elevate my mood. Hope y’all love them just as much as I do and add a pair or two to your Spring shoe rotation.
The Courtside Sneaker: I personally own these and absolutely love the subtle nod to all my leopard print lovers out there. It may seem dated to some but on this sneak, paired with the cream body and white platform of the shoe, it just gives Modern Mama :)
The Pretty Slide: Running out of the house doesn’t have to mean you’re always slipping into your old mules or the pair of sneakers that easiest to slip on (because your hands are full!). These are under $30 and come in a few different colors if orange isn’t quite your vibe.
The Retro Sandal: Satisfying the old soul who wishes she lived her early adult life in the 80’s (instead of being born in this decade) is the Retro Sandal. I have a literal camera reel of outfits I could pair these with running through my head as I am tying in real-time.
The Subtle Suede Loafer: Understated yet light and airy, these beauties come in 4 colors are are priced well at under $100.
The Strappy Show Stopper: Did somebody say “Dinner Out While on Vacation Vibes?” Why yes, yes they did, and then this stunner was created. I have to say, I am not a heels gal myself, but would wear these in a heartbeat if the occasion was right.
