Arroz con Pollo

I’m glad I decided to conquer my fear of overcooked rice (LOL!) and take a stab at this recipe today. I wasn’t sure if the family would necessarily enjoy the taste of Saffron, since I usually don’t cook with it. They al ended up loving it which made me so happy!
